Our Role as an Agent
We Go Holidays acts solely as an agent for airlines, hotels, car hire companies, tour operators, cruise lines, and other service providers (“Suppliers”). We do not own, operate, or control the services provided by these third parties. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by those Suppliers.
You acknowledge that your contract for travel services is directly with the Supplier and not with We Go Holidays. Any issues regarding cancellations, changes, delays, or disputes must be resolved with the respective service provider.

Travel Insurance
We Go Holidays strongly recommends that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and delays. We do not accept liability for losses incurred due to inadequate or no insurance coverage.
Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all travelers have valid passports (with at least 6 months’ validity), visas, entry permits, and vaccinations as required by destination countries.

We accept no responsibility for customers who are denied boarding or entry due to insufficient or incorrect documentation.
